My recent work spans both sides of the product: I've shipped features inside a 10–15 person agile team at Dexian, and built complete full-stack products solo — including a React 19 + Supabase kanban SaaS with gamification, real-time sync, and a custom XP system, and a business OS for a security installation company covering leads, estimates, invoicing, and contracts.

Creator & Engineer — Solo Build

A full-featured project management SaaS built on React 19, Next.js, and Supabase. Goes well beyond kanban: WIP limits, card relationships, recurring cards, saved filters, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and a complete gamification engine — XP system with 50 levels, 62 achievement badges, daily quests, and streak tracking with freeze tokens. Real-time cross-tab sync via Supabase Realtime. Dark theme only. Keyboard shortcuts throughout.

Active Protection Systems

Full-Stack Engineer — Solo Build

Complete marketing site for a Northern Louisiana security installation company. Built with Next.js App Router, Supabase, Tailwind v4, and shadcn/ui — deployed on Vercel. Includes a 3-step quote request wizard, lead capture, a Refer & Earn referral partner program ($100/converted customer), and dynamic service detail pages for cameras, alarms, and 24/7 monitoring.

Project 03 — Internal Tooling

APS Business OS

Full-Stack Engineer — Solo Build

A complete internal business management system built alongside the APS marketing site. Covers the full customer lifecycle: Leads pipeline, Jobs, Estimates with tokenized public approval URLs, Invoices with partial payment tracking, recurring Contracts (RMR), a Referral tracker, and a Customer Portal. Email infrastructure via 3 Supabase Edge Functions and Resend — form notifications, a 3-email quote nurture drip, and estimate approval requests.
